Why it lives on her computer
Real estate agents hold a lot of private information. Vendor names, phone numbers, prices. I didn't want any of that sitting on an open platform.
So the board is one file on her own computer. It loads nothing from the internet and sends nothing out. There's a backup button so she never loses her work.
That's the bit I'd want if I were an agent. Easy to use, and nobody else can see it.
