We have short termination notice periods; 3 months notice is required upon working with us, and then only 4 weeks at any point after this should you need to end our relationship.
Your V.A. is handpicked for you through our rigorous recruitment process (explained below). However, should your V.A. not deliver the service you deserve, we will find you a replacement to trial for free, to ensure your standards are met.
