Are there any lock-in contracts?

We have short termination notice periods; 3 months notice is required upon working with us, and then only 4 weeks at any point after this should you need to end our relationship.

How do you guarantee a level of service?

Your V.A. is handpicked for you through our rigorous recruitment process (explained below). However, should your V.A. not deliver the service you deserve, we will find you a replacement to trial for free, to ensure your standards are met.

How is your offshore team different to Upwork, Fiverr, etc..?

At Heck Yeah! Outsourced, we manage recruitment from start to finish, using a rigorous 10-step process to find your perfect match. Our team is paid above-average rates, with contributions for leave, plus a 13th Month Bonus and six-weekly performance-based bonuses (at no extra cost to you).

Am I supposed to replace my current staff if I have any?
